JiffySpots produces, optimizes and distributes your video so that it comes up multiple times in the Google search results, for your keywords in your geographical area. What this means is that the people who are looking for your product or service in your local area will find your business, showcased in a video, on Google, when they are looking for the very product or service you provide. In other words, your business information will be found by local people who are looking for your product or service. I do not have a web site. Can I still use JiffySpots’ service?

Our client base is almost split evenly with 50% Basic and 50% Competitive. The level of “online competition” varies by industry and location. When you complete our request for more information form, you submit to us your town and industry. We research the level of competition and confirm to you your classification – Basic or Competitive.

How long does it take to produce my video?

Video production is usually completed within 10-14 days.

How long does it take to optimize my video and distribute it?

Video optimization and distribution takes place on the 15th and 30th of every month. Any videos completed prior to the 14th are distributed on the 15th and any videos completed between the 16th and 29th are distributed on the 30th.

How long after distribution will it take before I start to see my video in the search results?

You will see results within 1-3 days after your distribution date.

Can I use my own photos or video clips for my video?

YES…we want you to use your own pictures and/or video clips. Using your own makes the video truly your own. No other company would ever have the same photos/clips as you.

How do I send you my photos and video clips?

We will provide you with a link to an upload page where you can upload your photos.

If I do not have my own photos can JiffySpots supply them?

Yes, we can supply you with “stock photos” that can be used to make your video.

What are stock photos?

Photos owned by others that we have purchase the right to use on JiffySpots’ clients videos.

Do I have to supply ad copy or the script used in the video?

No. We have professional script writers. You complete an information form and if you have a web site we visit it and if you have sales brochures, you can send them to us. We take the information you provide and develop a script. Our script writers have written hundreds of scripts and are excellent at what they do.

Will you use my script if I supply one?

You are welcome to provide your own script. We will provide you with information about how many characters your script can contain based on the length of video you’ve chosen. However, we recommend you take advantage of the resources we provide namely, professional script writing.

What is script approval?

After our professional script writers develop a script for you, it is sent to you for approval. You are welcome to make changes. The changes are implemented prior to the production of the video. The video is not produced until script approval is given or you provide us with the changes you want.

What is photo/clip order?

Our video producers arrange the order in which your photos or clips will appear. This is done with in conjunction with the development of the script. This step ensures that the script or audio flows effectively with the visuals used in the video.

What is a storyboard?

A storyboard is the term we use for the layout of your script and photo/clip order. We provide you the “storyboard” for your approval prior to producing your video.

I already have a video; can we use it for optimization and distribution?

Yes, we can use a video you already have. After we view the video, we will provide you with a quote for any changes that are necessary in order to optimize it. We also require you to sign a form stating that you own the rights to the video and its contents.

Can I put my video on my web site?

Yes, you can use the video not just on your web site, but at trade shows, at your business location, at networking meetings or send it to current or future clients. You can use it on your Yellow pages ads or in any other directory.

How do you report our video results?

Reporting on your listing is provided quarterly. We provide a breakdown of listings per keyword in the top ten organic listings and the top 30 organic listings, gathered each quarter from the monitoring of your video’s listings in the search engines. Our report will also include any additional keywords we didn’t optimize for, but we’ve identified your business is listed for.

Yes we offer a guarantee. JiffySpots wants to reduce the first-time fear or eliminate the fear for those business owners who have suffered from “invisible website” frustrations. If we have not produced results, if your video doesn’t appear multiple times on the first three pages of Google search results for your search terms in your local area, within the first 45 days of your video distribution date, just ask and we will refund 50% of the Optimization/Distribution fee and all Monthly Monitoring and Management fees (monthly fees) you’ve paid. After 45 days, upon request, we will refund any Monthly Monitoring & Management fees you’ve paid for the current month and future months. A request for a refund is deemed to be a cancellation of service so you will never be responsible for a service cancellation charge, of any kind.
