Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we haven’t produced results you are happy with within the first 45 days of your video distribution date, just ask and we will refund 50% of the Optimization/Distribution fee and all Monthly Monitoring & Management Fees (Monthly Fees) you’ve paid. Production fees and the balance of the Optimization/Distribution fee are non-refundable. After 45 days, upon request, we will refund any Monthly Monitoring & Management Fees you’ve paid for the current month and future months.  Your finished video file(s) are yours. A request for a refund is deemed to be a cancellation of service.

We cannot promise or guarantee numbers of listings as we cannot control what the search engines choose to display as search results. However, we can say that we typically see multiple top 30 listings for our clients’ videos.

Terms & Conditions

Monthly Monitoring and Management Fees, Fee Changes and Billing Frequency

If you are enrolled in a trial program, Monthly Fees shall commence immediately upon completion of the trial period, unless you cancel the Service at least 15 days before the trial period ends.

Monthly Fees are charged at the rate quoted on this website at the time your initial Service agreement starts (the Initial Rate) for a period of one year. Following the one year period, Monthly Fees will continue to be charged at the initial rate unless JiffySpots has given you at least 30 days notice of fee changes by posting the changes on our web site and providing same to you by email.

Monthly Fees are invoiced quarterly, 45 days in advance and are due 15 days prior to the end of the current quarter. If payment is not received by JiffySpots by the end of the current quarter the client will be deemed to have canceled the Service.

Cancellation of Service

A request for cancellation of Service must be made by email to cancellation at jiffyspots.com, at least 15 days prior to the end of the trial period or current month. To protect the client from unauthorized cancellation requests, JiffySpots will confirm all cancellation requests by phone.

Proprietary Rights

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the service, including any and all access to accounts created on third-party websites by JiffySpots to provide the Service shall remain with JiffySpots. The client shall retain rights to its video files, including any such files created by JiffySpots as part of the Service.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of this site or the Service shall be settled by arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. By using our Service, you hereby waive your right to seek remedy or restitution in any other jurisdiction or forum of law other than Ontario, Canada. You also waive your right to seek remedy or restitution by any means other than arbitration in said jurisdiction of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
